U.S. Corn & Soybeans Exports Update – May ’21

According to the USDA, U.S. corn export volumes remained higher on a YOY basis for the 11th consecutive month throughout Mar ’21, finishing 105.1% above previous year levels and reaching a record high monthly level on continued strong Chinese demand. Mar ’21 U.S. soybean export volumes declined seasonally to an eight month low while finishing 10.7% below previous year levels and reaching an eight year low seasonal level, however, despite continued strong Chinese demand.
